Paste cu sunca

Ingrediente

100 g sunca afumata taiata marunt
1 ceapa taiata marunt
1 ardei verde maruntit
1 ardei roşu maruntit
100 g ciuperci proaspete feliate
1 pachet paste fierte in apa sarata
sos de paste tomate (Barilla sos de ardei ,de preferat)

Mod de preparare

Intr-o tigaie mare, la foc mare, se pune sunca la prajit aproximativ doua minute, apoi se adauga ceapa, ardeii si ciupercile.
Se adauga sosul de rosii si se fierb impreuna timp de doua minute.
Se amesteca pastele scurse si clatite cu apa rece cu sosul .
