Ghiveci cu carne

Ingrediente

1 pui aprox. 1kg
3 rosii sau pasta tomate
2 ardei
1 gogosar
1 dovlecel
2 cartofi mari
2 morcovi
5 catei de usturoi
1 ceapa
patrunjel
sare, piper, ulei,

Mod de preparare
Legumele se curata, se spala si se taie marunt, se calesc in ulei si se adauga sare si piper. Se lasa pe foc acoperite pana s-au inmuiat. Carnea, taiata in bucatele, se prajeste separat, in ulei. Intr-un vas pentru cuptor se pun legumele , bucatile de carne, sarea, piperul, patrunjelul tocat fin. Se introduc in cuptor si se lasa sa se patrunda bine 40-45 minute.
