Ciorba de fasole de post

Ingrediente

300g fasole boabe
2 cepe medii
1 morcov
1 radacina patrunjel
100 g telina
1 ardei gras
5 -6 rosii sau suc de rosii
patrunjel verde tocat
sare
piper
ulei
boia de ardei

Modul de preparare:

Fasolea boabe se pune la inmuiat cateva ore bune in apa rece.
Apoi se pune la fiert in apa cu sare. Ceapa si ardeii se taie marunt si se calesc in ulei. Se adauga o lingurita boia de ardei si se adauga in ciorba. Apoi se pun la fiert , morcovul, patrunjelul, telina taiate marunt. Se lasa ciorba pe foc pana cand fasolea este complet fiarta si se pun rosiile curatate de coaja si taiate, sarea si piperul. Se lasa pe foc inca 10 minute sa fiarba rosiile, si se presara peste ciorba de fasole patrunjel verde tocat si se acopera.
