Supa de varza

– 2 cepe
– 2 ardei grasi
– o varza
– 2 cutii de rosii in bulion
– sare si piper dupa preferinta fiecaruia
– 1 cub de concentrat legume
– frunza de telina
– patrunjel.

Aseazati toate ingredientele curatate si taiate intr-o oala si adaugati apa incat sa le acopere. Se fierbe cca. 10 minute la foc mare dupa care se lasa 2 ore la foc mic.
Patrunjelul se adauga la urma pentru ca isi pastreaza aroma.

Supa de varza este folosita in numeroase diete si cure de slabire, deoarece in 5-6 zile se pot da jos pana la 4 kg. In timpul dietelor cu supa de varza se pot manca legume, carne de peste dar trebuie evitate fasolea, mazarea etc.
