Alimente cu un indice glicemic mic

Alimentele care au un indice glicemic (IG) mic pot fi consumate fara nici un fel de problema atat in faza I (de slabire) a regimului Montignac, cat si in faza de stabilizare a greutatii. IIti prezentam mai jos un tabel cu alimente care au indice glicemic mic.
Nota:
Alimentele si produse alimentare cu index glicemic mic se pot combina cu grasimi in alimentatia curenta in decursul unei mese.
Consumul acestor alimente ajuta procesul de slabire.
